Am I confused! Is Regulation X RESPA or not? I am not a lender. I'm trying to help someone research RESPA and I was directed to Reg X. But Reg X in BOLs Alphabet Soup does not relate to RESPA.

As Dan noted, RESPA is HUD's Reg. X. We often leave off the "HUD" part of that but yes, there is a different Reg. X.
