Is anyone aware of any issues with a bank posting the PDF format of the Mortgage Application 1003 on its website so that applicants can print and complete then fax back to the bank for underwriting?

E-sign wouldn't apply because the customer is not completing the application on line correct?

Thank you

E-sign would only apply if you were delivering disclosures to the customer.

A blank 1003 is provided on a lot of websites.
