Our client had her iPhone stolen. Her debit card or debit card info itself was not stolen. It WAS tied to her iphone apps. She filed chargebacks with us. Since her actual debit card wasn't stolen and used, isn't it the responsibility of the iTunes and other app companies to investigate and possibly pay the claim?

I assume the bank is responsible, but would be happy to have others prove otherwise.
