If you have a joint account, but only one person goes in to do the transactions that are suspicious, do you list both or just the one? i.e., If someone goes in to deposit money into someone elses account, but withdraws when asked for CTR information, do you file just the person conducting the transaction or the person who’s account it is also? Any ideas on where I might find detailed information on this?

You're not going to find anything official about how to sort things like this out... Prior thread.

Thanks! Exactly what I needed.

I tried looking through the prior threads, but wasn't very successful.
