If a customer disputes both ATM or ACH transactions and point of sale transactions at the same time, can you go by the 90 day timeframe for all the disputed transactions since that is the longest timeframe or do you have to handle the ATM and ACH within 45 days and the POS within 90 days?

They would be handled under the separate timeframes.
