Hi All,

I am looking for information on what is required when a bank advertises with a real estate agency. Example: The real estate agency is bringing in a speaker to discussing selling strategies with the real estate agencies own employees (It does not appear non-employees will attend the seminar). The bank is only sponsoring lunch for the employees. The advertisement only has the bank's logo and a statement "Lunch is sponsored by name of bank". Is this considered an Advertisement? Are there any regulatory issues?
