Is a general partnership allowed to receive bank statements electronically, instead of in paper form?

Thank you in advance.

What sort of bank statements?? Deposit accounts? Why would they not??? I'm not that familiar with NC law, but I know of no other States that dictate statement requirements on commercial accounts.

Yes deposit accounts. My system won't let me set estatements for a General Partnership, gives an error that the only option for that ownership type is printed statements. I thought there was some rule/law that I was not aware of on partnerships.

Thank you for your input.

I guess I might make an inquiry to your system provider and ask them. If they have built that fail-safe in for a reason, they should be able to tell you what it is.
