Does anyone have an Internal Loan Review program they would be willing to share? The FDIC is requiring that we write a program. This is not the risked based audit of loans but rather a general description of the overall program. Ugh.

Are you talking credit quality? As in part of the ALLL audit?

I have a Loan Review Policy. It talks about the Loan Review function of the bank, content of loan reviews, asset review and classification parameters, loan classification procedures, managment reporting, etc. Is that what you are looking for?
