We have a personal real estate loan that was additionally secured with a vehicle. The vehicle is titled under the borrower's LLC, which is now dissolved/terminated. Our security agreement has our borrower's name, but was not signed by him AS THE LLC. The loan is single ownership, and the borrower was also the ONLY member in the LLC. Do we have rights to the property? Or are we up the creek?
