For a mixed purpose loan - purchase and home improvements. Do you base your 90% LTV on the full loan amount? I have a loan officer that is figuring 90% on purchase and adds the home improvement amount to that figure then I have a loan officer that is figuring the LTV on the full amount? What are your underwriting procedures?

I don't understand? You have one loan - you have one denominator and one numerator.
