A customer has approached the bank about opening an account for a mobile check cashing business. The customer obtains his cash from a Loomis location in another town. The cash is held at Loomis for the bank. Would I treat this as if the customer received the cash straight from the bank when filing the CTR?

This is not anwering your question but I wonder why you would consider opening an account for a mobile check casher.
