Where can I find the definition of "reasonable period of time" as is relates to being able to reproduce records for CIP/BSA purposes.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but the BSA/AML Manual makes this reference on page 8 of the PDF version:

"Facilitated records access and required banks to respond to regulatory requests for information within 120 hours."

Best guess is that you will not find any other than above.

All such records shall be filed or stored in such a way as to be accessible within a reasonable period of time, taking into consideration the nature of the record, and the amount of time expired since the record was made.
