we have a late return issue to take up with Citibank. They will not respond to our correspondence and the OCC will only support consumer complaints. Anyone have any idea how to get their attention short of filing suit?

A friend has defaulted to asking for the "Risk Management" department whenever he has to contact a mega bank.
