Anyone familiar with this program? Does anyone have these types of customer relationships? If so, please advise on all CIP, CDD, EDD that should be performed.

A non-local group is working with a local company to set up 'a law trust' account. They are calling it an affinity program for local charities. As the bank, we will be in receipt of deposits from the charities clients, if I am understanding this correctly. They have linked with a local fire company.

The charity group is licensed in Nevada and is based in Miami FL.

As you can probably tell, I am not too comfortable with this.

Mad - I'm guessing you're referring to CSC? If so, at the end of the day, they are deposit brokers from an AML perspective.

If I'm on point, please PM me, as I would like to speak to you about this group.
