I'm still learning.
Our bank is wanting to advertise a CD special. So we list the APY, the term, minimum required and penalty for early withdrawal, correct?

Thank you.

See section 1030.8 of Reg. DD. http://www.bankersonline.com/regs/12-1030/12-1030-008.html

You have to say something about how long the APY is available. You can say it is accurate as of xx/xx/xx and subject to change without notice or something similar. Be careful about the minimum required. You have to disclose the minimum balance to open the account and the minimum balance to obtain the APY if they are not one in the same. Make sure you use the full term "annual percentage yield" once in the ad and then you can use the "APY" acronym.

If your bank is FDIC insured, you'll want to have the Member FDIC statement in your ad.
