Yes, for those who chose to.

If the consumer has consented to receive disclosures electronically, then the online statement has the same requirements that the paper statements do. You can find a list of the requirements under Reg DD Section 1030.6 "Periodic Statements", and Reg E Section 1005.9 "Receipts at electronic terminals; periodic statements".
