I couldn't find any threads about this form....I do not work in BSA compliance but I've been asked to check if anyone else is experiencing issues submitting this year’s OCC Money Laundering Risk System (MLRS) Form to the OCC?

Apparently attempts have unsuccessful for the last 3 weeks... an abort message appears or we're thrown into a loop where we keep entering a password over and over. Neither our IT personnel, OCC or BankNET have any idea how to fix it....................anyone else having issues????

I had a similar problem. Our IT guy upgraded me to Internet Explorer 9 and that seemed to fix it. At least, I got through Banknet's password screen and saw a pop-up that it was submitted.

I'm on IE 11 and I can't submit. The box keeps popping up asking for user name and password. frown I'm sure there's no one in DC to talk to this late in the day. I'll try again on Monday.

I talked to the Help Desk at the OCC and they thought it was a firewall issue but couldn't tell us what port to open. They finally said to send it via OCC secure email.
