Are there any restrictions we have to be aware of when granting an unsecured line of credit to a director?

The directors total lines available and loans outstanding sometime exceed 15% of unimpaired capital and surplus.

Does some of the secured credit have cash or securities as collateral ? How are you exceeding the legal lending limit ?
