I can't find any rules for how long a business DDA owner has to report an error in a deposit made at the teller line (so not a reg E error resolution). Does anyone have any ideas where to look?
Thanks.

Your depositors agreement and your State's UCC.

Thanks RL. I always forget about the UCC!

I would add that deposits made at the teller line are not electronic funds transfers so consumer deposits made at the teller line would also be covered by the depositor's agreement and State UCC.
