If an application is submitted prior to April 15, but the loan is closed after April 15, are we required to obtain a statement of joint intent under Reg B?

Good question. I don't think the new rules apply since these were specifically "At Application" requirements.

That was my first take, but when I can't find anything concrete (black & white), I get nervous. Since you concur, I'll just go with it.
