I understand federal examiners need to be notified of system changes under Bank Service Company Act. Does the NY DFS have the same type of requirement and if possible, if you could direct me to the citation. I searched and could locate anything but want to make sure that I didn't miss it being buried into some other citation. Thanks in advance!
