I was wondering if anyone would be able share their experience/expertise regarding FIS's Prime Compliance Suite, specifically the "Profiles" aspect. I was fortunate enough to join the BSA Department 2 weeks AFTER the implementation team left, and as a result I'm 100% self taught!

Just some background regarding my experience with the Profiles, we don't currently utilize the feature. I've read the FIS material regarding it, and absolutely like what I see, so if nothing else I'm really looking for confirmation on how I assume it works. Where the test environment that FIS provides is not a "rolling" environment, I was looking to cover all bases prior to turning it on, to avoid generating a whole bunch of "false positive" cases.
