This new act was effective 1/1/15 in Florida. How does that affect us bankers? Should we be making any changes to our resolutions or deposit agreements in response to this new Act. My bank pres went to a seminar and was told that our LLC members now have more rights to the account funds even if they're not on our signature cards and that is troublesome if true. Please advise.

We revised our resolutions. After reviewing many of WK's templates, we were able to utilize a couple of them. The real trick is getting them completed correctly and completely by staff.

I find it odd that I haven't seen it mentioned in any of my compliance subscriptions including that of WK, considering they might need to be revising their LLC resolution.

I don't know so that's why I'm hoping someone can tell me if we need to make any changes to our LLC deposit agreements.
