We have a modification on a second home where the term is 155 months(12.92 months). Our software is rounding the term down to 12 years even though its closer to 13 years. Is this an issue? The GFE and HUD match at 12 years as of now.

And is it ok if the lender discloses in the margin of GFE that the term is 12 years 11 months just so the customer knows and is aware?
