We have a situation which required a SAR (initial report) filing and shortly after filed an amended report to the SAR with new and updated information we had received regarding the initial SAR.
We are at the point of the 90 day review and we do have some new updated information since the amended SAR was filed, however the activity is not continuing.
Would we be able to file another amended report from the last amended report or should this just be filed as continuing activity with the updated information?

Is it just new information regarding the transactions and customers described in the first report and you have nothing regarding activity after the end date of the original SAR?? If so, it would be an amendment.
