We have Mini Storage Units as collateral on a loan. There are 3 units, built on the same slab, not individual slabs. the surveyor gave us only 1 elevation certificate on these units. I'm thinking 1 flood insurance policy because there is only 1 slab...very large foundation slab. Please agree!!!!
