We are a 1 branch bank that has never had to close a Commercial Account due to ACH activity.

I was hoping that someone out there has a draft letter that I could build off of letting our customer know they have 30 days to find another bank because of suspicious ACH Activity and not complying with NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines.
