I've been asked about whether it's ok to provide a link to the bank's Facebook and Twitter pages within employees' signature lines. I know there is guidance for needing speed bumps when providing external links from the bank's website, but what about in email?

I don't think the guidance applies at all, but if it does, these links lead to part of the bank's official presence online--not to 3rd party content beyond the bank's control.
