Customer cashed a $5,000 "not on us" check as well as an $6,000 "on us" withdrawal. When filling out the CTR #22, we put $11,000. And for account number, do we just put the "on us" account number?

I'm fairly certain you are supposed to put your institutions account number only. Here's another thread or two on the same subject...
