I couldn't find a place in the forum that discussed Privacy, so my post has landed here.

We have had two service providers who have had our customers accept THEIR privacy notice before being able to use the service. We have contracts with both and they both fall under the 1016.13 exception, so why are they doing this? It's just making our customers ask questions! And what if their policy somehow didn't match ours? Seems this could potentially be a big problems.

You have had over 100 views and no nibbles; we do not know the answer to the question. Ask your vendor, in writing.

Make your own decision about whether the disclosures are in conflict and, if they are, insist that yours is the only disclosure your customers will receive.
