In managing Vendor files are there any requirements for retaining hard copies of the contracts, risk assessments, etc versus retaining imaged or saved copies of files?

Not unless there is something specific in your state regulations.

We do keep them as a backup to our electronic files.

You might contact your legal counsel to determine if a hard copy is needed for a perticular legal reason down the road but from a pure banking stand point, I can't think of one.
