Anyone have a good learning resource for the upcoming EMV/liability shift effective October 1?

I have found several items that the EMV Connection website supported by the Smart Card Alliance.

Whoever your card processor and/or the company who creates your cards should have several resources available by now, we've taken multiple webinars over the last 12-18 months from them.
