I am currently reviewing a HELOC 2nd for purchase of a primary residence. We are pre-approving both the 1st and HELOC. A property has not been determined. Should the HELOC disclosures be provided at application or are they triggered when a property is obtained?

HELOC disclosures must be given at the time of application.
