I'm an attorney for a national bank, who is being asked to offer some research support to our HR department. We have an attorney who already responds to employee lawsuits, etc., but they need someone to turn to for research questions. I have worked with HR a bit in the past, but am looking for an HR guide or handbook that I could buy to keep at my fingertips for quick reference. Anyone have any suggestions?
