Any clues about what will happen on the next show?

Au contraire, Michael. While Lopevi may or may not win the reward challenge (there are indicators both ways), Yasur wins the immunity challenge and we say goodbye to John K this week. Reward challenge looks to be physical involving running around on the beach and some kind of boxy structure that looks like it was put together with tinker toys; reward is probably letters from home. Immunity challenge is the oh-so-famous "shoot projectiles at the masks/pots/plates marked with someone's name".

I think I'm done with this season of Survivor. I didn't watch last week and don't really plan to watch tonight.

Sorry that you are not into this season's show. It has been a slow starter for me also but I'll watch as long as I can. Now that the tribes are getting smaller, I can keep up with who is who better. Is that a sign of old age?

I'm just tapping into this thread to bring it back up. I had to go thru three pages to find a thread NOT linked to politics and the election.
Tomorrow we'll see what we see.
(couldn't get logged in and don't have time to fool with it. Gotta go vote!)

Pizzaz,

Don't give up, it's just getting good. It looks like we may see a catfight between Julie and Twila soon over Sarge!

Hey Mike, I did not watch last Thursday or the week before so I think I may be a little lost if I watch this week. Is Julie the bimbo who sunbathes without clothes? What on earth would she see in Sarge? Also, Twila seems so masuline, who would've thought she'd have the hots for Sarge.

Yes, she's the nude sunbather. She sees a chance to win in getting Sarge on her side, and while Twila might not have the hots for Sarge, she sure doesn't seem the type to put up with a young chippy trying to sleep her way into the winners circle.

Besides, I just want to see a fight on Survivor between the two!

Don't the commercials make it sound like a merger is on the way?

They do sound that way. I wouldn't be surprised if it either happened this week or next week. That should be interesting. I wonder how long Rory will last? Everyone seems to hate him!

I thought that too (about the merger). If it's true, I'm a little disappointed that they let that slip ahead of time....I'll still watch, though!

Oh come on, they have hinted and told us about merges in every season the same way... you're just more perceptive now because you have seen it several times recently.

For tonight:
Reward Challenge - water tossing - possibly the old "fill up the bucket to tip the fire on the seesaw" challenge they've done several times before. Lopevi to win.

Immunity Challenge - Merge DOES occur at this point. Individual immunity will be given. Swim to tower, get flag, come back. Winner unclear, possibly Sarge, Ami, or Chris.

Boot - still up in the air. Rory a likely candidate, although Sarge is also a possibility. Julie and Ami are long shots.

You know, if they boot Sarge, I'll be as disappointed as I was when Rupert got booted... Sarge is one of the few reasons I'm watching this season.

Of course we all anticipate the merge, but the timing should be a surprise....I just don't recall in the past that they've advertised it. It will be interesting to see how that changes the dynamics of the game, if much, since people haven't really been playing much of a team game this time around.

Oh boy! Or should I say Oh Girls!
I bet Sarge was not a happy camper when they got back to the hut after last night. The girls had better circle the camp fire and take turns sleeping!

I will bet Sarge will rip into Twila. He really trusted her to stay true to their tribe, not vote with the girls. I really had hoped Ami would've have been gone. When they get down to all girls, Ami is the strongest physically and will be hard to contend with for challenges.

Me too! She does nothing,I have no clue how she is still in the game.
And if I were any one of those guys I would sit on my a$$ for the rest of the game and not help the girls at all. If I was the guys team I think I would sabatoge the camp (throw stuff in the water, etc) to get even.

Good show last night! Will the girls be able to win any immunity challenges? Probably not, but they can vote the guys out one-by-one. I'm with Anon- let the girls fend for themselves, it's only a matter of time. Ami is the strongest girl and hopefully the other women will see what a threat she is to them in the final 3.

Last night Twila and Julie said they should vote Rory off first then vote Ami off when they were talking with the guys. We shall see if that happens next week. I bet the guys are wishing they would have saved an extra guy!!!

Twila is playing her own game I think. She may be setting Ami up for a fall, just not sure how she plans to get support from a majority of women.
