Almost Heaven
have a chocolate lab, my bird dog, she turned 1 on october 4th, and we just took in a stray cat earlier this month, it is probably around 6-8 weeks old.

Count me in, as I sit here trying to type around three cats, with another in the chair next to me and one at my feet. Four of them are yours for the taking (I am foster mom to them). Ok, they just knocked a pile of stuff of the counter, grrrrrr.

Started with cats because that's all I could have in an apartment. When I could have dogs, I started adding dogs. Currently have 1 cat and 2 dogs. My city won't let me have more than 3 pets without a special license, so I may be done adopting for awhile, but I volunteer with a rescue group and have an occasional foster dog.

After dealing with people all day, it's great to come home to the unconditional love and adoration of the 'kids'.

We have 8 cats, 2 dogs and a snake, thank god we live in the country! Both dogs and 4 of the cats were homeless strays that we took in (the snake we actually bought).

I'll always be a cat person at heart...I have a picture of my oldest cat in my locket

2 cats and 2 dogs in the house...one of each are mine. My two follow me everywhere and, according to my Mr., the puppy goes bonkers when I'm not here.
