I have yet to eat white meat turkey that moist and juicy. It's always too dry.

Try frying the turkey. It's all moist and tender when you prepare it that way. The skin keeps the oil out, so it is not greasy either. If you have Popeyes locally, you may be able to order one if it's not too late.

Yams, with butter and brown sugar, forget the marshmallow, nothin's better than butter and brown sugar!
Me too! I am the only one in my family that likes it best that way so I always make a little dish of mine and a big one with the marshmallows!

Not with LOTS and LOTS of gravy...yummmmmy! I also like the leftover turkey sandwiches (usually craving one as soon as there is enough room in my tummy)...

I like turkey s'wiches better than the actual turkey, I think. White bread, lots of mayo, and celery salt.

We always make taquitos out of all the leftover turkey. Chop it all up and mix it with cheese, New Mexico green chile and a little bit of onion, rolled in corn tortillas and fried til crisp. Yum! I think I look more forward to that than the Thanksgiving meal!

I always hope there will be leftover dressing - my Mom's recipe is the best.
