i like white meat. i think it has a better taste and is great for leftovers.

Dark meat. It's more moist and has a better flavor. And I love the giblet gravy with the diced heart, liver and gizzard in it.

You can also make turkey salad with your left overs and it doesnt matter which color meat you use. It will taste great either way. Just make it the same way you do tuna or chicken salad. My kids love it!

I guess I need to do something differently when I make the poll. I chose a starting time that was early, but it apparently did not accept it. The last poll I created did not start until 11 pm that evening.

Dark meat is the best. White meat is too dry for me!

I'm not really crazy about gravy. So I guess I will stick with the dark meat.
