NO! i work all day friday, 7:45 to 7:30 and then back here on saturday, 7:45 to 2:30.  bah-humbug!

Yikes - I have no idea....an hour from Orlando? I hear the weather is perfect there as well. I'm excited, it's cold here in Cali and I love the sun! I'm orinially from the east coast - South Carolina and miss the beaches etc..

I've had the Friday after Thanksgiving off maybe 3 times in 20 years. I always thought it stunk that all the bigwigs took it off every year at my previous banks. (Not here though; management at my current banks seems to have some sense of decency.)

I don't have it off, however over 1/2 of the staff does. We usually get doughnuts and pizza (Paid for by the boss who isn't here either) and don't get much done!

Melbourne is about an hour East of Orlando near the coast on the way to the Cape. We have a friend that lives there.
Vacation Friday, only because we don't have daycare!

That's funny - my Mom and Dad are spending Thanksgiving in Melbourne. My brother goes to school there (FIT). I didn't go with them because I hate flying! At least it's going to be a warm Thanksgiving here in Massachusetts. I think we're going to get up to 60 degrees!
I have Friday off!!
