If you had $1,000,000 what would you spend the first dollar on?

My first dollar would be on a bottle of champagne to toast with MOML and to sip while we discuss what to do with it.

My first dollar would be spent on a post card to send to work letting them know I wouldn't be in!

Seriously, I think my first purchase would be season tickets to the Bengals games down behind the home benches

The first thing would be to give my mom money to pay off all of her debt and then work on my own.

EGB, Don't you know experts say "pay yourself first"?

I don't have enough debt to bother paying off. I'd pay off the student loans that I have been slowly paying off for the last decade or two (I took forever to get started) as soon as the kids and I picked our seats out down at Paul Brown Stadium and we got some nice sweaters and jackets at the Pro Shop to make sure everyone was warm!

Anything for you!! However, you'll have to come up to Dallas to pick it up.

[MOML is man of my life.]

Further South than I wanna be.
A plane ticket so I could go see my baby Kaiden. And of course I would have to buy her some goodies. Then I would pay off some bills, give some to my mom, finish remodeling my house and put the rest into a charitable donations fund.

Pay off house and truck and invest the rest, using the interest for those extra special things.

Buy a house somewhere other then where I live (Austin perhaps) buy another Jeep and build it up myself as well as an old '68ish Fastback. The rest can go to help my family and/or invesments.

Even if I had $1,000,000 I probably couldn't afford much of a house here so I would pay off my debt go back to California and use the rest to visit my family occasionally.

Tithe, payoff the house and student loans, and stay home with the babies. And Hubby could afford to start his own CPA firm (He tells me everytime I play the lottery pool at work, that we need at least $4 million to retire, so he's the one that gets to keep working)

Why limit it to one? Multiple cars for everyone. Oprah, eat your heart out.
