I heard a rumor that the FDIC had guidance or at least examination procedures on what they are going to look for regarding MSB's. Does anyone know about this? Or does anyone know of some kind of guidance on making procedures concerning MSBs?

I don't think they have been published yet. I do know that a local bank is supposed to be a 'test' bank for the new exam procedures beginning on Monday. I told their BSA Officer to e-mail me daily and let me know how it goes.
