We are looking at upgrading our AML program. Can you tell what various software programs you are using.

We are a $1.2B bank and also looked at 4 vendors. In the end, we selected RiskTracker-AML. I am new to Bankersonline, so not sure if I can mention a vendor name or if it is politically corret. Obviously, you can google the product name. Although we are just completing implementation, it was very attractive to us because it is a transaction monitoring system, not just a database look up software. And of course, the price was right! I will go ahead and officially register on Bankersonline, then you can PM for any more info if needed.

It is politically correct for a bona fide user to mention a vendor. It's a problem when vendors start use these forums to brag on themselves.

Why they don't realize that does nothing but tick people off I have no idea.

We ended up with GlobalVision's Patriot Officer. Installation next week, oh yeah!

What has been your experience with the Bankers Toolbox software? Just curious as to what other vendors you looked at prior to going with Bankers? And are you having any issues since you installed the software?

Does anyone want to share any new insights regarding experience with software solutions you use or have chosen to install? Have your examiners commented on how it is helping with your compliance.

feel free to pm me if you do not want to post it here, but I know there are many of us out here who are trying to evaluate the various options here.

We looked at America's Software, ACI Worldwide and Bankers Toolbox.
We chose Bankers Toolbox. The primary reason was because they are ex-bankers and they connected with our needs easily. We did not have to do a lot of explaining about what we needed.
We are having an exam beginning April 4th. The first one since we have history with Bankers Toolbox, so I am anxious to get their feedback.

I'll throw one more in to the mix: we are using the AML monitoring system from Searchspace. Very well liked by Regulators! You can read about it at www.searchspace.com

After looking at Atchley/BSI, GlobalVision and Bankers Toolbox, we choose Bankers Toolbox. They are as previously mentioned ex-bankers and have in depth experience with my core processor (ITI). Installation is pending - they are vaidating our test info as we speak!

We have looked at all of these as well.

Is anyone using Prime Associates - BSA Reporter?

We're installing SearchSpace. Ask me again in 2 weeks after I come out the other end of a user acceptance test cycle.

We looked at Searchspace, and their price was significantly more that most of the other vendors. They seem to be more applicable to the Money Center banks. We are looking at Bankers Toolbox, Prime and GlobalVision.

We are in the process of deciding to keep monitoring via internal reports or buy one of the automated solutions. I welcome any additional advice any of you can give on the various systems. We are $1 billion, 14 branches in three states.
Thanks,
Steve

that's funny, I always think of them as being much more applicable to retail banks. (Price tag aside, of course.)
