I'm looking for some training in CRA (Small Bank) & HMDA. Does anyone know of any good programs?

PCI does a nice training program. It won't happen until the fall, but it's valuable for both small and large bank alike. The initial sessions (the day before the main conference begins) are 4 hours each, and have a strong focus on the basics.

We actually use PCIs CRA Wiz software. We just got set up last year, so I'm still learning all it has to offer.

You might consider some of their web based seminars for actual operation of the program as well then. My assistant has been taking them and is pretty happy with them, finding value in pretty much all of them she's taken so far.
