The USA PATRIOT Act was omnibus legislation; i.e. it had widespread rammifications and only a small percentage of it affected banking. If you go to BOL's home page, scroll down, and click on USA PATRIOT you will be taken to a list of links, one of which is to the law itself, HR 3162.
However, as omnibus legislation, HR 3162 amended several exsiting laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act. There is no specific citation to the United States Code for the PATRIOT Act. There are dozens.
