We need to revamp our BSA policy. Is there a sample BSA policy on this site somewhere that I can use for starters?
Thanks

I'm looking for one too - or at least a list of the types of things that should be included in the BSA policy?

If you are looking for the types of things that should be included in the BSA policy, a good place to start would be to look at the Examination Procedures in place for your regulatory agency as well as others. (The OCC and FDIC both have good guidance within their exam procedures as you can see what they are looking for your policy to include.) From that point build on what you have and follow your usual policy format.

Just remember that policy and procedure are two seperate things.

Unless you are my last examiner... He kept calling my program the policy...

Actually, if you do a search on BSA policy or BSA program, you should be able to pull up a lot of info.

And asking why it wasn't board approved?
