MSB'S---- when we know that an MSB is wiring money out, are we only concerned with only currency, or do we need to be concerned also with check wiring????? confused!!

Money transfer is money transfer. It makes no difference what the source of the funds is, as far as the definition of MSB is concerned. I think what you have is two levels of concern, with the higher level involving any cash that pays for (or is paid out from) these transfers.
