I rcv'd $10,000 in cash . I do not need to fill out the CTR correct? We are debating whether or not we do sicne it is $10,000 even. I said if it is $10,000.01 we would fill it out. Thanks

You are correct- exactly $10,000 is not reportable, over $10,000 is.
