If a business has an ATM on site that they do not own, yet are responsible for replenishing, does this make them a Money Service Business?

I don't think this falls under any of the categories such as currency dealer or exchange, check casher, issuer of travelers checks, money orders or stored value, seller or redeemer or travelers checks, money orders or stored value, or a money transmitter. Even though the ATM is inside the store, you would not be dealing with store personnel by using the ATM, and therefore, the store did not provide a money service.
