For those of you that have the CRA Public File on your Intranet, how do you direct employees to access the CRA Disclosure that is on the FFIEC website or on the CD you receive? Do you just have a message there that states they should contact the CRA Officer for a copy?

The CRA Disclosure document on the FFIEC website is a .pdf file. You can save that file to a common drive and then provide a link on your Intranet for that document. That is how I have set up my FIs public file. For example, if a customer requests a particular disclosure report or the assessment area map, the employee can assess these document on the Intranet ONLY AFTER notifying the CRA officer of such request.
