I am fairly new to all of this Compliance stuff. I was recently asked to create a Public File Procedure. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Do you have an example you would like to share with me? I would appreciate any guidance I can receive on this. Thanks

I depends on whether you are a small or large institution.

Additionally, many including myself have published their public file in their Intranet so all staff member can access the public file documentation. And so you will not have to update all of your branch locations public files as thing change, just the master in your Intranet.
